Each treatment lasts 30-60 minutes (frequency and length of sessions vary depending upon your needs). You will meet with a team consisting of your nurse, social worker, therapist, dietian, and activity coordinator to determine your therapy goals and the anticipated length of stay. Upon returning home, your therapist will do a home walk-though to evaluate safety hazzards. They will make recommendations and provide you with resources to make your transition home safe and successful. Our patient rooms are all private rooms with a bathroom and walk-in shower. Enjoy easy access to outdoor courtyard, three-season porch, and living room areas. Choose from three balanced meals served daily or a menu with items that are always available. Eat in the dinning room or use our family dining space when you have guests. Participate in a wide varieity of daily recreational activities. Out-Patient Therapy Out-patients are typically those who have a specific need that requires therapy but are able to care for themselves at home. The commission was created by an intergovernmental agreement under Wis. Stats 66.0301 consisting of member counties that hold the license for operating Clark County Rehabilitation & Living Center's nursing home and facility for the developmentally disabled (ICF-ID). The commission is contracted with Clark County to provide the infrastructure and staffing for activities related to the nursing home and ICF-ID. The state has recognized and accepted this type of commission ownership model as set forth in Wis. Stat. 49.49(7). WEHSC was formed in January 2012 and is currently made up of 44 counties.
